Booking deposits are non refundable in the event the booking is cancelled by the guest(s).

As you will see this property is fitted with the finest quality fixtures, fittings, fabrics and accessories. You will understand that we need to protect our property and ensure that every guest experiences the quality and finish that we have promised.

To this end the property is inspected after every guest leaves. Any damages that have ocurred since the last inspection will be attributed to the guest that followed that inspection. In this event we will make every effort to be fair and deduct the cost of the repair(s) from the damage deposit. Should the damage exceed the damage deposit amount, the guest is liable for the total amount of the repair(s).
